Delivery Schedule
An order is sent to fulfillment center after an order is paid for. The general guideline is to allow up to two weeks for delivery. You will receive tracking numbers from our system once each fulfillment center sends us the items being shipped. Some orders come from multiple locations so please note the first three characters of the item SKU and if it is different letters then your order will come from multiple locations.
Shipping Policy:
- When logging in please make sure the shipping and billing address information is up to date. If the shipping address is changed from normal we may follow up to make sure this is correct.
- All orders automatically move to the status of On Hold once order is submitted. We process CC every minutes at which time your order is moved to Order Pd. If you CC fails you will be notified via email.
- Payment must be received before a package will be shipped except for insurance approved patients.
